Cookie policy
What this website stores on your device, why, and how to change your choices.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local and session storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow Analytics and Advertising. Both are off unless you switch them on, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all". Necessary storage is always on because the site cannot work without it. You can change your choices at any time:
We tell Google your choices using Google Consent Mode, so Google tags on this site only use cookies and identifiers for the purposes you have allowed. Until you allow analytics or advertising, Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all.
Necessary
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
awr_consent_v1 | Local storage (ours) | Remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask on every page. | Until you change it |
Analytics (only if you allow it)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Cookie (Google Analytics) | Tells us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. | Up to 2 years |
awr_attr_v1 | Local storage (ours) | Remembers the page you first arrived on, where you came from and any campaign details, so they can be sent with your enquiry even if you visit several pages first. | Up to 90 days |
Advertising (only if you allow it)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Cookie (Google Ads) | Lets us see whether an enquiry followed a click on one of our Google adverts. | Up to 90 days |
awr_attr_v1 | Local storage (ours) | As above. Holds advert click details until you enquire. | Up to 90 days |
awr_lead_handoff | Session storage (ours) | A one-time marker set after you send an enquiry, so the enquiry is counted once. It is removed straight away on the thank-you page and when you close the tab. | Session |
If you allow advertising, Google may also use limited, hashed contact details from an enquiry (such as your email address or phone number) to match the enquiry to an advert click. This only happens with advertising consent.
Third parties
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own cookie and privacy policies. When you send the enquiry form, the details go to our form provider, Formspree, as explained in our privacy policy.
